Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to enter into these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you upload or generate on the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content to a campaign or publishing it on the Service, you grant TryTrickks and the relevant campaign owner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, distribute, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and running the campaign.

You represent that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

• Earnings are calculated based on verified views and campaign-specific rules published on each campaign page.
• Only genuine, organic views count. Bots, click farms, view manipulation, and fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and result in forfeiture of earnings and permanent ban.
• Payouts require a completed KYC verification and a valid payout method.
• TryTrickks may withhold payouts pending investigation of suspicious activity.
• All earnings are gross of applicable taxes; you are responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, or infringing.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to inflate views, followers, or engagement through artificial means.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its APIs.
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.

Brands agree to provide accurate campaign briefs, pay for verified performance as specified, and honor the rules published to creators. Brands may not require creators to produce misleading or unlawful content.

The Service, including its software, design, text, and logos, is owned by TryTrickks and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific earnings will be achieved. Creator earnings depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryTrickks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid or payable to you in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
